As someone who gets a little anxious dealing with refunds, I was relieved at how fast this was sorted out. The whole thing was simple, and I had my refund taken care of without any hassle.

My tracking never really updated, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. I kept having to chase support myself, and even then they barely replied. it was frustrating because I just wanted to know where my package was without doing all the work

They did eventually help me, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took quite a while to get a reply, i don’t think it’s right to leave customers waiting that long without any update. Decent service in the end, just not very considerate.

The checkout process was alright, but I expected it to be a bit quicker. The payment step took longer than I thought it would, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

I got my order, but some of the items in my bag were wrong. Kinda disappointing, honestly 😅

The menu has the usual basics and what I tried was fine, I just wish there were a few more options to pick from.. not bad though

My order showed up in this flimsy box, and leaking everywhere stuff was. The bag was ripped too, which didn't help at all. The food maybe would've been okay, but the packaging pretty much ruined it. disappointed, they really need to pack orders better

the food was good, but they missed part of the special instructions i left. it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little annoying since i thought i wrote it clearly. delivery was fine though.

The driver barely said anything and just seemed kinda annoyed the whole time. Then they ended up leaving my food at the wrong door, so yeah, not a great experience.

It just didn’t feel worth it to me. The prices seemed way too high, and having to go through so many steps made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered from here thinking it would be enough for a regular meal, but the portions were small. Maybe it would be fine if you just wanted something light, but for me the fries looked like half a serving and the main item barely filled the box.
The food itself was okay, so I don’t want to make it sound like it tasted bad. It just didn’t feel worth the price, especially since I was still hungry afterward. If the portions were bigger, I might feel differently, but I probably wouldn’t order again as it is

I ordered through orderbulldawgfood.com, and it was mostly okay. The menu was easy enough to browse, I found what I wanted without much trouble, and adding things to my cart worked like it should.
That said, checkout felt a little slow and I had to look over my order twice because it wasn’t as clear as I hoped. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. In the end, it got the job done

i mean, everything seemed fine until checkout, then the fees suddenly jumped up. At that point it just didn’t feel worth ordering anymore.

It tasted fine overall, but the fries were, uh, kinda soggy. Not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to order again.
